Mukunda Foods won the Spirit of Manufacturing award 2016 at the TiE global summit

The third ‘Spirit of Manufacturing Awards’ was held on December 16-17 at Taj Palace, New Delhi. The annual award is organized as a joint venture initiative by Power2SME and TiE Delhi NCR. The sole purpose of this annual award is to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship in manufacturing sector.

We are proud to announce that this year the jury members of this prestigious award duly recognized the vital contribution of Mukunda Foods Pvt Ltd. The jury member bestowed the award of ‘Young Entrepreneur of the Year’ to Co-founder and CEO of Mukunda Foods, Eshwar.K. Vikas.

The award is another feather in the cap for Mukunda Foods, a start-up company that was founded in 2012 with the dream to offer delicious and crispy dosas to people. At heart of this dream is the Dosamatic machine, invented by two co-founders – Eshwar and Sudeep Sabat.

To call this machine ‘truly revolutionary’ won’t be an understatement in any sense. The fact that this dosa making machine is helping Mukunda Foods to grow strength-by-strength speaks volume about its achievements.

The award will certainly ignite more passion in Mr. Eshwar, whose dream is to make Dosamatic machine a truly mass product.

Mr. Eshwar, Mr. Sudeep and his team are making steady progress on this front. But as they say that ‘there is still a long way to go.’
